Payment I only accept payments through PayPal, where you can make secure payments using credit card, cheque and in some countries bank payments. For custom made jewelry you will receive a PayPal invoice after having approved of the item by photo.
Delivery l will post the item immediately after received payment (normally the next day). Allow 1-2 weeks for delivery.
Guarantee: All products from Flia Design come with the following guarantee: 3 months: For threads, wire and beads coming loose 6 months: Other fabrication flaws, for example plating coming off of hooks.
I will mend and replace if I can. Otherwise I will make you a new item. To benefit from the guarantee you must return the entire pair/item. The shipping cost for this will be refunded.
Other returns If you should want to exchange your item for other reasons you will pay both yours and my shipping costs.
As long as the returned item is in good shape and fully sellable there will be no other costs for you, as long as the exchange item is within the same price range.
